The ROPSI project involved creating the interface design for the organization’s dashboard. The donations page was required to display a comprehensive list of donations with different statuses. Additionally, the design needed to include functionality for exporting donation data, allowing users to customize the fields and choose their preferred export format.

This project focused on designing a seamless and user-friendly interface for managing and exporting donation data. The Donations page provided a clean, sortable table with key columns and donor details, enhanced by a modern and accessible color palette for status badges. The export process was streamlined through a four-step modal, allowing users to select a date range, customize the dataset, choose a file type, and receive a success notification with a download button. The design prioritized clarity, accessibility, and efficiency, ensuring administrators could easily manage and extract data while maintaining a professional, intuitive experience.

Do you charge per hour or per project rate?

My rate depends on the project. For clear, short-term projects, I usually offer a fixed rate. For complex or ongoing projects, I work hourly. Let’s discuss what fits your needs best!

Do you outsource your work?

Absolutely not. If you hire me, it’s because you believe in my work. I’ll honor that trust with hard work and an transparent relationship.

We are in a different time zone than yours. Is that ok?

Yes. About 85% of my clients are from the US, so I’m very familiar with working across different time zones and happy to accommodate.

Are we going to have daily calls?

It’s up to you! Some clients like daily catchups, others prefer weekly. From my experience, a few chats per week are usually enough to keep everything on track. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with our workflow.

What type of contract do you normally do with agencies/clients?

All kinds. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with service agreements, project-based contracts and many other arrangements. Let’s talk — I’m sure we’ll find a setup that works for you.
